- - A copy of your mortgage statement, property tax bill and homeowner’s declaration page for each property retained
- - A copy of your Social Security card

DJ was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout my entire home buying process, from the first steps of getting a pre-approval all the way through closing. He did everything to get me as high of a pre-approval amount as possible, suggested getting a pre commitment when it became obvious I was going to be in many multi-bid situations, and was very helpful in guiding me towards all the documents I needed to send for closing. When I had any questions throughout the process, DJ was always accessible and was always polite and helpful. Whenever I am looking to buy another home in the future, DJ will be my first call for my loan needs!!

What a great experience! Usually going through the mortgage & purchase process is quite painful but DJ made it so easy, it was actually easier than the last time I bought a car! The website is amazing, light years better than the 2 national mortgage sites you often see advertised plus you get DJ who is local guiding you through the whole process.
