Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be
responsible for:
• Sourcing mortgage leads and driving ongoing growth in loan origination production
• Proactively soliciting new business by building lasting relationships with referrals, including
realtors and other professionals
• Assisting clients in obtaining mortgage loans
• Providing exceptional client service
Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to discuss their financial needs, explaining loan
options, and guiding them through the mortgage application process. The role also involves working
closely with in-house underwriting and processing staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of
all loan documentation.

Qualifications
Experience as a Loan Officer with knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
Strong Client Service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
A results-driven, sales mindset
High integrity and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with federal and state mortgage regulations is a plus
