As first time homebuyers, we were very nervous about the whole mortgage process and were unsure of what steps to take. Our Loan Officer was there for us throughout the entire process and was more than willing to answer our questions, address our concerns and guide us to the next step. She expressed a genuine interest in getting to know us, which made us feel like we were more than just another mortgage customer.
