I can’t be an expert on everything, so I have chosen to focus my 30 year career solely on the Residential side of the Mortgage Industry.

After graduating with a degree in Economics from the University of Delaware, I started my career in 1984 as a Loan Officer. I’ve experienced every facet of the Residential Mortgage Industry, from Processing to Underwriting to Regional Manager. My breadth of experience in the residential mortgage arena and my customer satisfaction skills, along with the expert staff at Mortgage America, gives me the unique ability to ensure my clients a smooth and quick Mortgage experience from pre-approval through to closing.

In good markets and in bad, I have a reputation for finding the best programs for my buyers resulting in repeat business and long term relationships. I work with honestly and integrity and I have never placed any of my thousands of clients into a “sub-prime or B-paper” loan.
