My career at Mortgage America began in 2004. I have a bachelors degree in Business Management and Marketing from Penn State University. I completed an internship with Mortgage America before becoming a loan officer. Through this experience, I learned how to interact and communicate with customers in the real estate and finance world.
In January 2004, Mortgage America decided to expand our company into the Schuylkill County area. Since 2004, I have closed over 600 mortgage transactions and handled over 59 million dollars in volume of loans. My closing rate on loans is over 99%.
My expertise ranges from first time homebuyers and FHA to Conventional loans and refinancing. Many customers do not realize the grants and opportunities that are available for clients in our unique area. I help match those clients with the specific loan programs that meets their needs.
I pride myself on hard work and accountability. Most of my business is referrals from realtors or past clients. I tell people that this business is my career and it is important for us all to be accountable for our actions. Realtors know that we are only as good as our last transaction. Ask your agent! They will tell you!
I am currently a resident of Schuylkill County – a “SKOOK” as we are well known. I currently reside in the borough of Cressona.
