Paul McManus

Prior to becoming a mortgage loan officer with Mortgage America, I was an independent Certified Residential Real Estate (CRREA) Appraiser for Mortgage America for 8 years. I am currently still licensed as a CRREA in Pennsylvania & New Jersey providing valuation services to various clients. My knowledge and experience as an appraiser has provided a solid foundation for a transition into the mortgage lending sector. I pride myself on being a great communicator, organized, detail oriented and extremely accessible. These qualities will help in guiding all types of home buyers into the mortgage product that is suited for them. I look forward to working with all Pennsylvania home buyers. My main service areas include, but are not limited to Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia counties.
