David Clemens

I am a Berks County, PA native, still living here today. I grew up in Shillington and graduated from Governor Mifflin High School in 2012. While in school, I excelled in academics and athletics – winning County Championships in football and baseball. I then attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, where I was a business major and member of the football team. I graduated from Dickinson College in 2016 and immediately began working as a loan officer for Mortgage America. I have been with Mortgage America for seven years and love the contagious joy clients feel when closing on their home, investment property, or refinance!

I pride myself on helping my clients to the best of my ability by utilizing the knowledge and experience I have acquired since starting in this industry. Purchasing a home can be frustrating and an anxious time in someone’s life, but it should always be an exciting and rewarding experience. I strive to simplify the home purchasing process with communication, transparency, flexibility, and availability. I aim to make the process comfortable and satisfying for every client I assist. I make time for my clients whenever it is convenient, whether nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
