Just a follow up note to express my gratitude for your help and understanding on my last payment.
As an FYI, I’d like you to know that I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for everything you and Mortgage America has done for me. The mortgage initiation, closing and servicing truly could not be any easier. I’ve purchased and sold some 20 homes over the past many years…. And have not worked with a single organization which makes the process so simple AND efficient.
For proof, one only need to see that you’ve helped me 4 times over the past 5 years. Buying my current home, refinancing a vacation home… then repeating the process again a few years later.
