The receptionist was very busy, phones ringing off the hook, sorting mail, checking schedules on the computer and still greeted me quickly, with a smile and had me in front of my loan officer in no time. Everyone I met all appeared very busy, but all who passed me, gave me eye contact and offered a pleasant nod of the head or other pleasantry.
